He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Baker Fish. He is survived by: his children, Marcia Tipton (Rick), Herb (Elaine) and Tim (Deborah); his grandchildren, Sara Tipton Johnson (Brian), Ben Tipton (Samantha), Michael Fish, Dylan Fish, Griffin Fish and Diane Fish; and his great grandchildren, Garrett Johnson, Margo Tipton and Beck Tipton.
