It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy A. Black (Louisville, Mississippi), who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosea Black and Elgie Mayo Black; his wife Kay Mayo Black; and his sister Carol Jean Black McCool. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Black Johnsey (John) of Starkville, Mississippi and Barry A. Black (Toni) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Abi Polk (Ford), Ivy Black, Natalie Jones and Dalton Anthony.
