He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Binford and Lillie Mae Garrard Whitehead; and his siblings, Wanda Faye Adams, Margie Ann Whitehead, Kenny Lamar, Guy Eugene and Carl Lavell Whitehead.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Ann Martin (Robert) and Gary Bin Whitehead of Louisville. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
