He was predeceased by: his father Carl Ray Smith. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Cooper Smith of Lewisville, Texas.; his children, Steven Smith (Jennifer) of Louisville, Taylor Woods (Stratton) of Noxapater, Mississippi, Brooke Smith of Eupora, Mississippi and Jacob Smith (Mahnaz) of Rockwall, Texas; his grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Logan Crowson and Gray Woods; and his sisters, Elizabeth Lenz, Kathy Rickerson and Jennifer Wall. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
