James Kenneth Koon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kenneth Koon (Louisville, Mississippi), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Martha Rucker Koon; his son James Kenneth Koon, Jr.; and his siblings, Patsy Jean Haun and Craig Lee Koon.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lovvorn "Tibby" Koon; his daughter Kimberly Ann Koon of Louisville; his sister Claire Koon Haun; his grandchildren, Jerry Koon, Jamie Koon and Fields Major; and his great grandchild Myla Klair Koon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Due to Tibby's injuries and the Covid 19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
