She is survived by: her husband Helmut Schack of Louisville; her daughters, Ingrid Thompson (Dan) of Louisville and Sylvia Wright (John) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Lisa Addy (David), Jason Thompson (Maria), Katy Tillman (Josh), Matthew Sloan, Morgan Wright and Mallory; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Jon Addy, Mac, Will Thompson, Cade, Riley Tillman and Amaury Eaves.
