He is survived by: his daughter Bettie Lewis (David) of Louisville; his grandson Chad Lewis; his siblings, Becky Wright (Billly) of Starkville and Ronald Dale Rogers of Vicksburg; and his sister-in-law Helen Rogers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
