White (Louise) of Louisville and Jerry White (Mickie) of Morganton, NC; her grandchildren, Josh Ward (Ginger), Brett Smith (Kellye), Jolie Eaves (Jonathan), Stan Smith, Zachary Hogan, Chandler Hogan and Danielle Cook (Patrick); and her great grandchildren, Chandler Foster, Dawson Eaves and Hayze Eaves.
