He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Paula Fulton of Louisville, MS.. He is survived by: his son Brandon Fulton (Kelli); his grandchildren, Aubree, Cooper and Bailey; his father Bernard Lee Fulton; his sister Stephanie Horan (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Robert (Bryce), Savannah and James Horan (Daly).
He was very generous with his time and donations to help people in need.
