She was predeceased by: her parents, W. R. Stevenson and Geraldine Mills Stevenson. She is survived by: her husband Terrell Mayo of Louisville; her children, Stacey Clark (Chris) and Steven Mayo (Craig Meyer) of Winter Park, Florida.; her grandsons, Cole Clark (Danielle) and Cody Clark; her great grandchild Hadley Kate Clark; and her sisters, Sandra Babb and Becky Arthur (Mike). She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
