He was predeceased by: his son Gilbert "Chuck" White, II; and his parents, Dacy White and Thomas White. He is survived by: his wife Faye Smith White of Louisville; his sons, Thomas White (Janet) of Louisville, Jason White (Carol) of Louisville, Shawn White (Lori) of Louisville and Mark White (Robin) of Big Cabin, OK; and his grandchildren, Kelsey White, Dakota White, Shelby White, Trevor White, Max White, Marley White and Bella White. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
