He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Campbell White of Louisville; his children, Margaret White Moore (Ed) of Upperville, VA, Kathy White Swope (Glenn) of Raleigh, NC and Lee White (Vivian) of Eudora, AR; his brother Steve White (Linda) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Charles Moore, Robert Moore, Patrick Fortenberry, Woodson Fortenberry and Hensley Fortenberry.
