He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Woodruff and Mary Alice Woodruff (Lloyd); and his wife Frances King Woodruff. He is survived by: his children, Franklin L. Woodruff, Jr. (Trudy), Marc Woodruff (Callie) and Beth Hemphill (Jason); his grandchildren, Katie Shotts (Jay), Nathan Hemphill (Jessica Tanner), John Hemphill (Krista), Andrew Woodruff (Christana) and Richard Woodruff (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Avery, Thomas Shotts, Raelynn Woodruff and Jayden Hemphill; his granddaughters, Ashtyn Drury and Jaylee Loyd; his brothers, Bobby J. Woodruff (Barbara) and Terry L. Woodruff (Karen); and his sister-in-law Lou Eaves (Ronnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Flower Ridge Methodist Church (9959 MS-15, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
