She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Conn; and her parents, Lawrence Black and Mary Ellen Black. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee (Richard) of Louisville, Janette Smith (Bryan) of Louisville and David Conn (Stacy) of Macon; her siblings, Mary Jane Young of Louisville and Roy Black of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Allison Lee, Alexander Lee and Joshua Lee.

Memorials may be made to the Yellow Creek Cemetery Fund.
