She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Victor Fulton and Jewell Fulton; her husband Ferrell Rigby of Louisville; her sons, Brett Farrell of Union and Bradford Lee of Cordele, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Parker Fulton (Natalie Rae), Ansley Suzanne and Natalie; her siblings, Shirley Faye Cumberland (Ray) of Pearl, James Keith Fulton (Mary Ann) of Philadelphia and Linda Charlene Thompson (Gary) of Huntsville, Alabama.; her grandson Parker Rigby; and her nephews, Michael Fulton, Mitchell Fulton, Marty Fulton, Phil Cumberland and Chris Thompson. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Despite her health problems and Covid-19 restrictions, she remained active with her close friends in 2020, creating masks and bibs at her dining room table.
