He is survived by: his wife Bettie Livingston Starnes; his sons, Paul (Tracie) and David (Emily); his grandsons, Cole, Chance and Dillan; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Harper; and his siblings, Opal Prewitt of Texas, Mamie Dickerson of Ackerman, Saundra Wright of Ackerman, Howard Starnes of Louisiana and Bill Starnes of Ackerman.
