He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, L. H. Smith and Bessie Smith; his wife Gail Smith; his children, Casey Louis Smith (Kellie) and Amanda Gail Blissard (Clint); his brother Rev. Dennis Hughes Smith; and his grandchildren, Anna Claire Plunk, Darby Jolie Smith, McKinley Grace Smith and Mary Blissard of Virginia.
