She is survived by: her husband Perry Hemphill of Louisville; her daughter Pamela Belk Lovern (Jason) of Philadelphia; her granddaughter Hannah Adams of Philadelphia; her stepchildren, Jennifer Collins (Jimmy) of Jasper, AL and Chris Hemphill (Carol) of Louisville; her stepgrandchildren, Jonah Collins, Ashley Duncan, Mollie Lovern and Chance Lovern; her siblings, Judy Pettey, Larry, Ricky, Danny Ray, Randy and Marty Long; and her half-brothers, Josh and Jeff Long. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
