He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Clark Kelley and Gladys Higginbotham Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hudson Kelley of Louisville; his daughters, Stacey Boatner of Louisville and Stephanie Lawrence (Josh) of Louisville; his brothers, Paul Kelley (Diane) of Sebastopol, MS, Joe Kelley (Cindy) of Louisville and Davis Kelley (Pam) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Keylone Moore, Laney Boatner (Scott Ferguson), C. J. Boatner, David Lawrence, Rayleigh Lawrence and Madi Grace Kelley.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (302 W Park St, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
