It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Haggard (Louisville, Mississippi), who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corinne Woodruff Haggard and Robert Swinton Haggard; and his son Charles Gladney. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne and David; and his grandchildren, Cole and Ashley (Mike). He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flower, the family requests you consider a donation in his name to the Shriner's Hospital for Children , which he supported through his Masonic membership for many years.
