He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Adams and Mary Alice Cook Adams; and his brothers, Dean and Lane Adams. He is survived by: his children, James Adams, Ray Adams, Patrick Adams (Sarah), Christie Adams and Nicole Adams; his grandchildren, Morgan, Callie and Colton; and his siblings, Butch Adams (Jimmie Lou Alawine), Becky Jordan, Carol Tanksley (Fred), Faye Coatney (Marty), Ricky Adams (Donna), Randy Adams and Billy Adams (Sara). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Nowell-Massey Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
