She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Robertson and Ora Hisaw Robertson; and her brothers, Fred Allen Robertson and Terry Robertson. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Blaine, Sr.; her children, Kenneth Edward Koeder, Jr. of Kosciusko, Tanya Ora Koeder Hill of Portland, Christopher Koeder (Amanda) of Carlisle, Tamara Koeder Watson (Devron) of Kosciusko and Samantha Blaine of Kosciusko; and her grandchildren, Kodi, C. J., Ana, Violet, Alex, Rosie, Trinity, Lily, Hazey, Cassidy, Octavia and Maddie. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
