He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Doye Cecile Johnson and Chesley Florian Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Kietzman Johnson and Dr. Scotty Johnson of Hiram, Georgia.; and his grandparents, David and Debra Kietzman of Hixson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Sarah and Scott would appreciate donations in Caleb's name to the organization Journey Through Bereavement (http://www.journeythroughbereavement.org) who were integral in supporting them following Caleb's life-limiting diagnosis.
