He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Scott Henry. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Henry of Louisville and Chris Henry of Louisville; his siblings, Ruth Endelman, Thelma Henry, Marvin Henry and Bill Henry; and his grandsons, Tyler Henry and Evan Henry.
