He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozell Cockrell Warner and C. B. Warner; and his siblings, Jean McDill and John Thomas "Johnny" Warner. He is survived by: his sisters, Kendall Hemphill (Marvin) of Louisville, Shirley McDill of Louisville, Ruby Jane Shorman of Waukegan, IL and Diane Coleman of Sturgis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
