He is survived by: his wife Wren Ruth of Louisville; and his children, Julie Ruth Manning of Louisville, Scott Ruth (Angela) of Starkville, Mississippi., Ray Ruth, Mishia Ledhe, Lisa Burnham and Ricky McClanahan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
