He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Webb and Vida Edwards Webb; his son Walter Cleo Webb; and his siblings, Walterine Tucker, John Presley Webb, Major Webb, James Bryan Webb and Jerry Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Horton Webb of Louisville; his children, Mylinda Dempsey (Lamar) of Louisville, Trena White (Danny) of Louisville, Amanda Miller (John) of Louisville and Billy Joe Webb, Jr. (Judy) of Louisville; his stepchildren, Teresa Richardson of Louisville, Crystal Arnault (Craig) of McCool, MS, Gwen Pearson of Louisville and Carlos Pope of Kosciusko, MS; and his sisters, Janice Carter, Ruth Kitzelman (Don), Charlotte McCullough (Larry) and Libby Farish. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
