She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ben and Needham Moore Robbins; her siblings, Genevieve Walker, Bonnie Walker, Myrtis Bates, Joy Gressinger, Rebecca Williamson, G. P. Robbins, John Robbins, Thomas "Sonny Boy" Robbins and James Robbins; her husband Carl David Fulcher; and her son David Fulcher.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Kaydn Fussell, Cash Fulcher, Carter White, Emma Fulcher, Waylon White, Jade Chandler, JD Chandler and Alex McAdory; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Robbins and Faye Robbins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Barbara's memory may be made to Ellison Ridge Cemetery Fund or Good Hope Cemetery Fund.
