She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Haynes; her children, Ivonia Lett, Emma J. Haynes and Jessie Haynes; her grandson Brandon J. Foster; and her siblings, Charlie Baxter, Robert C. Jernigan, Monch Jernigan, Sam Jernigan, Cecil Hemphill, Fred Potts and Lonzo Potts.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Foster (Jerome), Katherine Obey, Willie Triplett, David Jernigan (Dianne) and Robert Haynes; and her siblings, Elizabeth Hernadez, Sarah Jernigan, Bonnie Barnes, Abraham Jernigan and Annie Sims. She is also survived by one grandson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home- Louisville (226 North St, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant #1 Missionary Baptist Church (2058 Evergreen Rd, Louisville, MS 39339). A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Mount Sinai M. B. Church (756 Sinai Rd, Louisville, MS 39339).
