She is survived by: her sons, Ray Hayes (Kathy) of Tuscaloosa, Ala and Edward Mayo (Tonya) of Louisville Mississippi; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hayes of Nashville, Sarah Yellen (Abe) of Austin, Dalton Mayo and Camille Mayo of Louisville; her great grandchild Owen Hayes of Lubbock, Texas.; and her siblings, Delores Horton Glazier of Madison and Buddy Ball (Frances) of Louisville, Mississippi..
