It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alene Hamm Peters (Louisville, Mississippi), who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Richardson Hamm and Aljernon Hamm; her husband Ned Peters; her son Robert Stovall; and her siblings, Elizabeth Hamm, Frances Quinn, Madge Brumfield, Lorene Dees, Marion Hamm, Donald Hamm, Fred Hamm and J. E. Hamm.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Tate (Billy) of West, MS. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
