He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mizell and Emmaline Mizell; and his siblings, Katie Williams, Lillian Gonzales, Woodrow Mizell, John Mizell and Walter Mizell.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Paul H., Cindy Mizell and Teri L. Mizell; his grandchild Rachel L. Mizell; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Prew, Darryl Prew and Doris Spicer.
