He is survived by: his wife Deborah Campbell Green; his daughter Ashley Dale (Connely); his grandchildren, Spencer Dale and Alaina Dale; his mother Bernice Green; his siblings, Mike Green (Kathy), Karen Crosslin (Tommy), Marsha Lay (Keith), Beverly Alexander (Joe) and Shelley Jordan (Barry); his brother-in-law Claude L. Campbell, Jr. (Sherry); and his mother-in-law Marjorie E. Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
