He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Grayson Winn; his son Brad Winn; his parents, George T. Winn and Sadie Carter Winn; his siblings, Clyde Winn (Carolyn), Judy Parker, Barbara Boling (Ray) and Ann Mitchell (Mike); and his brother-in-law Jimmy Grayson (Kim).
He is survived by: his sons, Jody L. Winn (Pam) of Macon and Jamie Winn (Lindsey) of Brandon; his brother Tommy Winn (JoAnn) of Bryson City, N. C.; his grandchildren, Lane Winn (Allie), Walker Winn, Rhett Winn, Griffin Winn, Rivers Winn, Lacie Stringer (Lee) and Laken Winn; his great grandchildren, Jace Winn and Luke Stringer; his godson Ryan Mitchell (Sara); his mother-in-law Rosamond Ward (George); and his sister-in-law Rhonda Gough (Harold). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
