He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Slocum and Angeline Labourde; and his siblings, Gary Slocum, John Slocum and Charlene Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Slocum; his children, Karen Andersen (Robert) and Brian Slocum (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jacob Holliman (Mary), William Holliman (Raegan), Braxston Blackwell, Maekayla, Nathan and Dalton; and his great grandchildren, AB and Rivers.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Riemann Family Funeral Home - Long Beach (19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach, MS 39560). A prayer will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Long Beach City Cemetery (217-107 Girard Ave, Long Beach, MS 39560).
