He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Herr and Betty Herr; his wife Carol Austin Herr; his children, Joel Herr (Jessica) and Hilary Santo (James); his grandson Julian Herr; and his parents-in-law, Shelda Jones, Chrissy and Lenny Edwards. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
