She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Vinyard and Addie Vinyard. She is survived by: her siblings, Edith, Walter, Edgar, Oscar, Clinton and Belle; her husband Virgil Payton Newman; her daughter Jane Anne McBride (Clarence) of Gulfport, MS; and her granddaughters, Anna Michelle Bergstedt (Matt) of New Orleans, LA and Stephanie Lynn Jacobs (Tim) of Birmingham, AL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
