He is survived by: his wife Erica Guy; his parents, Donnie Guy and Ivorine Guy; his children, Devon Guy (Amanda), Caleb Guy (Sarah) and Shelby Guy; his brother Brent Guy; and his grandchildren, Lily Guy and Brecken Guy. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
