It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard McKinnon Daniels Jr. of Long Beach, Mississippi, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard McKinnon Daniels, Sr. and Ester Daniels; his stepson Michael Johnson; his brother Ronald Daniels; and his sister-in-law Pat Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Daniels; his children, Marylynn Wesson (Gary), Susan Daniels-Grishman (Tony), Danielle Opitz (Dustin), Tamara Hoehn and Howard Daniels, III; his stepson Gary Johnson; and his siblings, Jerry Daniels (Lynette) and Barbara Jean Holland. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Biloxi.
