He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Forrest, Sr. Howard and Lucille Howard (D'Angelo); his brother Bob Howard; his granddaughter Davia Juliet Howard; his children, Sean Howard (Sandi) of Ocean Springs and Stacia Martin of Long Beach; his sister Betty Page (Otis) of Slidell; and his grandchildren, Cayla Wyss (Adam), Kimica Howard, Destiny Howard, Ryder Howard, Magenta Howard, Arabella Howard, Nicholas Martin, Theresa Harmon, Haley, Ethan, Lillith and Amy. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
