He was predeceased by: his parents, Scotty Cameron and Aileen Cameron. He is survived by: his wife Jan Simmons Cameron; his sons, Brent (Cindy) of Gulfport, Scott (Lindsey) of Gulfport and Derek (Amy) of Birmingham, AL.; and his grandchildren, Micah, Nathan, Emma and Peyton.
