He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Osro, Sr. and Eva Holmes Robbins; his grandparents, Bill, Amanda Robbins and Billy; his siblings, Irece Simmons, R. D. Robbins, Hubert O. Robbins, Jr. and Lavern Robbins; and his siblings-in-law, Earl, Vera Kendrick Broom and Narvel F. Broom.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie Broom Robbins; his daughter Debra Robbins Bertucci (Bert) of Long Beach, MS; his granddaughter Robbin Bertucci Johnson (Eric) of Milford, OH; his great grandchildren, Breese Johnson of Milford, OH and Davis Joseph Johnson of Milford, OH; his brother Doyle Robbins (Anne) of Hattiesburg, MS; and his sister-in-law Nelda Robbins Broom. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
