She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Holland Read and Camille Sonderberg Read; her husband Irvin Chadwick Shuttleworth Sr.; her brother John Read (Elsie); her niece Lisa; and her sister Carol Damalas.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Shuttleworth Jr. (Becky), Michael, Kristofer Shuttleworth, Shannon Fortenberry, Chad Taylor (Amy) and Matthew Taylor (Maggie); and her friend Betty Smith. She is also survived by her friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Coalville United Methodist Church, 12556 Lorraine Road, Biloxi, MS 39532 or to one's favorite charity.
