He was predeceased by: his wife Pieternella J. LaPlaca; his son Francisco LaPlaca; and his parents, Francisco LaPlaca and Alice LaPlaca. He is survived by: his children, Antoinette LaPlaca of Long Beach, MS, Angela Burke of Cleveland, OH and Thomas LaPlaca of South Dakota. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
