She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Thornhill and Zou Ellen Thornhill; her children, Christopher Mitchell, Joy Mitchell Shepherd and Sue Mitchell Hatcher; and her siblings, Bettye Holliday, Fred Thornhill, Felix Thornhill and Paul Thornhill.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Barrett (Tommy) and Harry "Bud" Mitchell (Heather); her sons-in-law, John Hatcher and Jim Shepherd; and her sister Floy Lily. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren; and her 12 great grandchildren.
