He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jackson of Little Rock; his daughters, Stacy Shields (Jeremy) of Collinsville and Holly Letkiewicz (Jason) of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Lexie Smith, Brooklee Smith, Jackson Letkiewicz, Jacee Letkiewicz, Kamryn Shields and Katie Shields; and his mother-in-law Kay Chaney.
