Billie is survived by: wife Nadine Chaney of Little Rock; daughter Julie Tillman (Robert); grandchildren, Meagan Higginbotham, Jordan Higginbotham, Anna Grace Armstrong, Courtney Freeman (Joe), Logan Tillman, Macie Claire Lofton, Addyson Lofton and Cooper; and brother Bennie Chaney.
