He is survived by: his wife Juanita Winstead Humphreys of Little Rock; his daughters, Vicki Nelson (Joel) of Hickory and Pam Arthur (Ronald) of Union; his grandchildren, Judd Easom (Christy), Kurt Nelson (Emily), Melanie Thomas (Brandon) and Kayleigh Vick (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Samantha Easom, Chip Nelson, Frannie Nelson, Charlie Nelson, Ruthie Nelson, Hallie Thomas and Baylor Vick; and his siblings, Thomas Humphreys (Sylvia) of Newton, Jimmy Dale Humphreys (Voncille) of Moselle, Jerry Humphreys (Betty Jo) of Lawrence, Mary Everett of Decatur and Barbara Haralson of Conehatta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
