He was predeceased by: his wife Jessie Foreman; his parents, Johnnie Foreman and Emma Foreman; his brother Johnnie D. Foreman; and his nephews, Jeff Foreman and Randy Ivy.
He is survived by: his sons, Dewayne Foreman (Barbara) of Little Rock, David Foreman (Sarah) of Lucedale, Artie Foreman (Pam) of Little Rock and Adam Foreman (Dana) of Meridian; his sister Joyce Ivy; and his sister-in-law Gatha Foreman. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 5 Step Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, 12 Step Great Grandchildren.
