He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Bryant and Rebecca Parker Bryant; and his siblings, Roy C. Bryant Jr., Hilton Bryant, Cathie Harris and Mary McCoy.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila Guidry Bryant; his children, Donald Bryant (Rachelle) and Sheree Rabalais (Travis); and his grandchildren, Donnell, Elaina Bryant, Kyle Bryant, Jillian, Justin Bryant, Jordan Coulter, Tristan, William Dunaway and Shannon Dunaway.
